Regional Competitions

The Regional division combines Figures and Skills with Routine competitions. Figures and Skills evaluate technical proficiency, precision, and foundational abilities, while Routine competitions have teams perform dynamic routines set to music, blending swimming, dance, and gymnastics, judged on technical merit and artistic impression. Both are typically held on the same day.
