Provincial Competitions

The Provincial division runs 4-5 competitions per season, typically from winter through spring, as athletes build toward major championships. Figures and Skills events evaluate technical proficiency, precision, and foundational abilities, while Routine competitions bring creativity and athleticism together as teams perform dynamic routines set to music, blending swimming, dance, and gymnastics, judged on technical merit and artistic impression. Some events focus on just one or the other, while others combine both on the same event weekend.
